HOA Landscape Transformation Program Funding Info & Outline

PURPOSE

The HOA Landscape Transformation Program provides a financial incentive, along with guidance and support, for HOA commercial customers of the City of Tucson Water Service that want to replace high water-use plants and turf with native and desert-adapted, low water-use plants.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

HOA must be a City of Tucson Water Commercial Customer
HOA must currently have a predominance of high water-use landscaping

This program is NOT for:

  • Irrigation repair or upgrades on a stand-alone basis
  • Pools/Fountains
  • Upgrades in household metering or fixtures
  • Landscapes and irrigation fixtures that use water from private wells

** Funding is released to the HOA by Tucson Water based on a payment schedule after the designer and HOA sign a contract for development of the Landscape Design Plan.
